Exception holding area

FS Triage provides a controlled holding area where documents wait until they have either been processed automatically or approved by a user. Nothing is committed to the main records structure until it has passed through this gateway, ensuring accuracy without slowing down straight-through processing.

Financial and risk-based controls

Beyond classification and routing, FS Triage can also enforce your financial and risk-based controls. For example, invoices over a specified value or linked to certain suppliers can be automatically routed to FS Triage for manual review. This ensures high risk or high value items are explicitly checked, every time.
